Some Questions & My Answers
Someone asked me:
"You post some good domains here. Why don't you register them yourself?"

I do buy a lot of domains myself. This month alone I spent over $900 on acquiring just one domain. And my wife doesn't know it yet. :(

"Do you usually park your domains?"

Many of these expired domains already receive traffic so, yes, initially I park them at NameDrive.com just to gauge their traffic and click-through rates. But I don't leave them parked forever. I zoom in on the ones that give the best results in NameDrive's statistics and then move forward to actually develop the domain further.
Important note:
If you leave your domain parked for an extended period of time, the domain will eventually lose it's PR, backlinks and even be removed from Google's cache. If you still insist on having your domain parked and keeping it parked, then you should take a look at this service.

"Do you have any suggestions on how to develop domains?"
Setting up a website does not have to be an extravagant affair
  • Sometimes, I string together a few pages containing relevant articles and come up with something like AdvLoans.com or CarsSeller.com
Some of the sites may not look like much but because they have traffic, they make money. :)

  • Another secret tools I use is these guys. For $20, they develop an attractive site for you with hundreds of pages like WebMultimedia.net
  • Another one of my favorite tools for developing domains quickly and setting up a site that automatically updates itself can be found here. It's called Domain Money Maker.

"But how do you make money from domain names?"
You probably already use some of these services to make money from your domains/sites. If not, you should check them out. One of the ways is to sell advertising space on your site. These guys do a really good job in selling ads on your site.
And of course, there is also Adsense. ;)

"How can I sell my domain names?"
I have this good guide for all domain sellers to help you sell your domains. It shows you how and where to begin, how to make your domains more attractive to buyers and where to find buyers willing to pay for your domain names.

Gregory,
I wish I could help you with this one. SEO Elite isn't my software. You have to address technical issues through their support system
(BTW, did you buy the software from one of my links??? I don't see it in my records.)
