One Reason Why People Click On Adsense Ads
And yes, it's an expired domain that I registered. But do you know what's special about this site? I get an incredible number of Adsense clicks! I'll tell you why. People are lazy. ;-) When I see a page like this one above, my eyes glaze over. There are just too many words. Oh, I'm sure the content is very useful if I take the time to read it. But most people don't. When they encounter a page like this, their finger on the mouse is itching to click away, to see something different, something more exciting. And one of the "comfortable" things to do is click on one of those familiar little blue links. And you get paid for that! For those who have registered one or more of these expired domain names from my blog, get a website like the one above and see for yourself the difference in your Google Adsense account. You can create your own site but if you want to do it the easy way like I did, use this service . It costs a little bit but it is an investment that is totally worth it. Simply by selecting a few keywords, you can generate a site that can have dozens or even hundreds of 'boring' pages full of mind-numbing content, containing your beautiful Adsense codes and all optimized for the search engines. Your site is online in minutes. You don't even pay for hosting. And fresh content is added daily. It's perfect! This is an excellent way to take advantage of the expired traffic coming to your domain names and making money from it quickly. If you actually read my posts on this blog, you will know that I talked about this service just a few posts ago. But I wanted to share with you this tip about Adsense which I discovered because of my experience with OnlineTypist.com. I have not seen anyone teaching this trick. Perhaps I'm the first. :-) Anyway, here's the link again to get your 'boring' website. Boring is really cool! |

What do I do next?
| One of my readers wrote, "Thanks to you, Edwin, I have registered several positively wonderful domain names. What I'd like to know is: What do I do next?" Good question, Greg! What makes these domains special are the existing links, directory listings, and good search engine positions. All this means that these domains have the potential of getting "instant traffic". And this is extremely valuable online. Any website owner will tell you, building a website is the easy part. But getting visitors to your site is where the challenge begins. So what can you do with these domains? Here are a few suggestions: 1. Re-direct the domain (and it's traffic) to your own website. 2. Resell the domains for a profit. (Here's my own domain sellers guide) 3. Create a new site or even a single page. However, if, like Greg, you have plenty of domains, and don't know where to begin, this is what I would probably do. Park them, so you can evaluate each of your domains and then decide what to do with them. There are numerous parking service providers and I think I have tried about half of them. Some are good and some are difficult to use but get the job done. One service that I have been very happy with and have been using since last year is NameDrive or ND for short. They give very good payout rates for clicks coming from your site. You don't have to take my word for it. Try parking the domains you register here. If you already currently park your domains somewhere, I suggest you try listing 3 or 4 of your best performing names there for a month or two. Then, see if it earns you more money. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. ND also provides some very good templates for your domains that I think helps to maximize clicks. Take a look at a few of my sites parked there showcasing just a few of the attractive templates available for you to choose from. http://www.Skin999.com http://www.LuxuryWorldTravels.com http://www.FreelanceGold.com Simply select a relevant keyword, choose the template you like and your "new site" is online in minutes. You can tell from the stats how many visitors you get, how many clicks you receive and of course, how much money you're making! Another special feature they have (which I don't think I have seen any other parking provider) is that you are able to tell where your visitor is from - North America, S.America, Europe, Asia, Africa - and to customize your page, so someone in Europe would see a different page compared to someone in Asia even though it is the same domain. This enables you to better optimize your page for better earnings. Just try it out, OK? If you'd like to take ND for a spin, here is the link again.
